Selling a £70 Million home

You don’t sell a £70 million home with just 'room shots'.

For the latest Savills Portfolio magazine, I was asked to photograph the cover story: a 48,000 sq ft Georgian mansion with bold interiors and serious presence.

The brief? Capture the feel. Create atmosphere. Create connection - before potential buyers even walk through the door.

I took an editorial approach, sensitive to the owners and the home’s heritage. I also shot a short social media film.

At this level, property marketing has to do more than document - it has to seduce.

The full feature is in the new Savills Portfolio.
